About Me

Hi, I’m Lauren — a postpartum doula, mama of two, and passionate advocate for women’s health. I’ve walked the messy, beautiful path of new motherhood myself, and I know firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone by your side who truly gets it.

Before becoming a doula, I spent nearly a decade working with women and girls around the world, focusing on maternal health, emotional well-being, and community care. I hold a Master of Public Health and my background in global health taught me that while cultures and customs vary, the need for gentle, informed, and heart-centered postpartum support is universal.

As your doula, I’m here to help you feel grounded, heard, and cared for in the early days with your baby. Whether that means talking through your birth story, making sure you’re nourished and rested, or just holding space when everything feels new—I’ll meet you where you are, with warmth, respect, and empathy.

This work is personal to me. It’s my honor to support you in your transition to parenthood—not just as a doula, but as someone who truly believes in your strength.
